Error: Unable to add this set, it do not contain questions

Hi,
i've installed JQuarks 0.2.2 and all modules and packages in the zip on J! 1.5.15 without any errormessages.
Now, there are 18 questions assigned to two sets and allocated to two categories.
If I want to compile a quiz with one of the sets, I'll get this errormessage:
"Error: Unable to add this set, it do not contain questions"
Please have a look to the attached screenshots.
Any Ideas?

Hi Michael,
First of all thank you for trying JQuarks and providing feedback.
AP Clarke has ran into a similar issue and kindly provided a solution for it on #16
This require applying a patch, changing two model quizzes.php and quiz.php
For your convenience I join here a zip containing the two altered files and their position in your Joomla's hierarchy starting your site's root directory. Replacing them should fix this issue.
