when I tried to do the quiz it reported this:
The requested URL /demo/component/jquarks/quiz/index.php does not exist.
after doing the public quiz and hitting the answer button after 3 questions.

Update from Steven Hellemans:

...
Second issue.I logged in as admin in front end. 
Selected "Simple quiz" followed by "Proceed to quiz" 
I answered 3 questions (left nr 2 blank) and than I
selected "Submit..." 

Than the error as mentioned above terrorised my screen xD :) 

I tried it again now and... all is well in Jquarks demoland...
