Frequently Asked Questions

1. I can't save questions "save", "apply" and "save & continue" buttons do not work.

  • JQuarks need TinyMCE v2.3.4.1 to work correctly, it is provided starting version 1.5.12 of Joomla if you have an older version please upgrade
  • Check that the TinyMCE editor plugin is activated in plugins menu
  • Support for JCE editor and other html editor is not yet available

2. When sending e-mail notification to my users, the link they receive do not lead them to the quiz.

  • This problem may occur if you do not have SEF enabled in your Joomla's SEO Settings, it is fixed in JQuarks 0.2.4 upgrade package
  • If you are using an older version of JQuarks you can either upgrade or apply this patch
  • When applying the patch just replace the provided file with your current one

3. Menu item links are not working

At the moment only Quizzes default layout is available, support for other menu item will be added in future version
